Me and Mark where staying at Kippford for a long weekend and we managed to secure another pass out to ride the red at Dalbeattie.
Tim had just taken delivery of his New Uzzi and was itching to get out riding. Tim travelled up in the morning to meet us, he was so keen, that he turned up 1hour 40mins early!!
Mark had a terrible night with the kids and was suffering bit time. He had two nasty crashes; the first one was over the bars and he smashed his LH shifter (finally got to use my zip ties!). Second was on the section down past the slab, right in front of us. I think after the first crash, his poploc had somehow been switched on, so when he hit a rock the bike stopped dead and Mark went flying over the bars. He landed on his leg, which instantly ballooned and now (just seen a photo on facebook) the lower half of his leg is black!! Very nasty, Get well soon Mark.
